Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations while remaining hands‑on as needed
• Lead recurring financial and shareholder reporting
• Guide and support accounting staff through review, coaching, and collaboration
• Partner with other departments on analysis, reporting, and vendor oversight
• Contribute to special projects focused on efficiency, controls, and insight

Must‑Have Skills/Experience (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Full‑cycle general accounting experience
• Prior leadership experience, formal or informal
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated career stability with an interest in long‑term growth

Location

Onsite role in a local community setting
