Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 + Bonus Potential
Location: Brownsburg, IN 46112
Work Environment: Fully In-Office

- Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger activity
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
- Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls; oversee audits and process improvements
- Support multi-location operations and provide actionable financial insights to drive business decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting best practices
