Accounting Manager

$135,000 – $150,000 + Bonus

Our client, a well‑established organization, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their growing finance team. This is a high‑visibility role supporting corporate accounting and reporting functions.

• Lead the monthly close and corporate reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and GAAP compliance
• Review financial statements, investigate variances, and maintain strong data integrity
• Manage and develop accounting staff while partnering closely with the Assistant Controller
• Support audit activities through preparation and review of reconciliations and schedules
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business; Master’s preferred
• CPA required with 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills; ERP experience required
