UNARMED SECURITY OFFICER GATE & ROVER POSITIONS

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay: $18.54 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Available Shifts: Days, Evenings, Overnights, and Weekends

We are currently hiring dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers for Gate and Rover positions in Green Bay, WI. Join a team that values safety, professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service in a stable work environment.

Gate Officers are responsible for monitoring facility access, verifying employees and visitors, maintaining activity logs, and serving as a professional first point of contact. Rover Officers conduct interior and exterior patrols, monitor for safety and security concerns, respond to incidents, and help maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the property.

Security experience is preferred, but we are also willing to train motivated individuals looking to start a career in the security field. Military, law enforcement, warehouse, logistics, and customer service experience are all a plus.

A valid Wisconsin Guard Card is required or must be obtained after hire. We provide assistance with the Wisconsin Guard Card process and can help guide new officers through obtaining their license. Training assistance is also available for first-time security officers entering the industry.

Candidates must have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Some positions require a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Candidates must also be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and be available for weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed.
