Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Connecticut PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Experience with geriatric rehabilitation, restorative programs, and common SNF documentation practices preferred.
