Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active MA state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with geriatric populations, restorative programs, and functional mobility training preferred.
  • Proficiency with documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
