Minimum Requirements

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license for Missouri required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross may be required.
• Some Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document care accurately.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
• Preferred: Experience with common SNF modalities and rehab equipment such as therapeutic exercise, gait training, transfers, and balance training.
