Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience required (outpatient PT, orthopedic rehab experience preferred)
  
• Valid Physical Therapist license (Compact license accepted)
  
• Credentialing required one week prior to start date
  
• Flu shot required
  
• Must be able to work on a smoke-free campus
  

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population (orthopedic, post-op, sports-related injuries)
  
• Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, modalities, balance and gait training
  
• Implement and progress home exercise programs and educate patients and families on wellness and injury prevention
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary outpatient rehab team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  
• Accurately document patient care, treatment plans, and progress in the electronic medical record (EMR) in a timely manner
