Float between acute, medical, ICU, and inpatient rehab facility units. Expected patient ratio 1:10. Highlights: ~13-week travel assignment at a 104-bed short term acute care facility and Level III Trauma Center ~ Reduced non-billable orientation: 20 hours versus standard 40 hours ~ Epic charting system in use ~ Diverse patient population including multi-trauma, spinal cord injury, stroke, surgical, orthopedic, Parkinson's, and MS cases ~ Collaborative, close-knit therapy team environment ~ Free parking available on-site Requirements: Valid Washington State Occupational Therapy license (must be in hand at time of submission) Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required (hard stop requirement) Inpatient rehabilitation experience strongly preferred Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations Competency in assessment, functional activities, and treatment of acute and chronic disorders Ability to work independently with strong time management skills Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years Compliance documents must be submitted by the Monday prior to start date Why Join Us?
