• Travel opportunity in a skilled nursing facility setting with 89-day assignment
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated patient care
• Implement individualized therapy plans and provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and activities
• Opportunity to educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and care instructions
• Supportive environment with oversight from supervising Occupational Therapist

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Texas
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
