About the Role
PNC - - Responsibilities: Coach, mentor and lead tellers to deliver a superior customer experience; Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate; Engage customers through lobby activities to position PNC products; Assist Branch Manager with performance management and new hire selection; Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately
