About the Role
PNC - - Responsibilities: Deliver a unique customer experience and promote banking products to meet customer needs; Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on alternatives; Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate; Engage customers through lobby activities to connect with them and position PNC products; Ensure teller and branch daily operations and transactions are completed efficiently and accurately
