Role Description We are seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP transformation projects. We are looking for professionals who can operate effectively across a complex delivery model involving Business, System Integrator, and Client IT, while driving IT-owned scope and execution. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment with project objectives. The Project Manager will oversee cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Qualifications • 8+ years of IT project management experience in large enterprise transformation programs • Technology Consulting experience (Big-4 or similar) required • Strong experience with ERP implementations, specifically with Oracle Fusion ERP • Proven ability to manage delivery across Business, System Integrator, and Client IT teams • Experience driving IT-owned scope across design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization • Strong track record managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, status reporting, and issue resolution • Relevant depth in one or more of the following: - Data migration/conversion: experience with data migration, conversion, reconciliation, testing support, and cutover readiness - Boundary systems and integrations: experience managing enterprise applications, integrations, interfaces, and deployment planning - Environments/change governance: experience with environment readiness, dependency tracking, and change request governance • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in complex, matrixed delivery environments • Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA 4 days per week is required
