Technical Business Analyst

Job Description

This position demands a highly organized, analytical, independent, self-starter individual with strong background in business application development, ability to multi-task, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing detailed analysis on business workflows, operations and data.
• Gathering users' requirements and provide application wireframes and mock-ups
• Project planning and monitoring
• Writing user guides and design documents
• Providing coordination among vendors, users, and IT staff
• Creating operational and statistical reports
• Conducting in-depth case studies
• Developing test plans and performing quality assurance testing

Skill Sets/Qualifications:

• Documentation: Google Doc, Google Sheet
• Project Tools: MS Project or equivalent
• Azure DevOps
• Lucid Chart
• ServiceNow Storyboard.
• T-SQL Scripting.
