About the Role
Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase; Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures; Assist in training of new Task Associates and cross-training other associates in tasking; Lead and influence peers to achieve peak productivity and performance; Support omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
