If you enjoy solving big problems, leading technical projects, and shaping infrastructure strategy, this is a strong match. ⭐ What You’ll Do Own and optimize the organization’s core infrastructure: Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services Manage cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or similar) and support hybrid environments Oversee backup platforms, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions Monitor and optimize server performance, storage systems, and capacity planning Manage certificates, authentication services, and enterprise access controls Lead patching, system updates, and security hardening efforts Lead technical initiatives and mentor others: Drive infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects Evaluate and implement new technologies aligned with business goals Serve as an escalation point for complex issues Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and system diagrams Strengthen security and compliance posture: Support endpoint protection, patching, and threat management tools Participate in audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident response Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory security standards Collaborate across the organization: Partner with application, network, and security teams Work with vendors and service providers to resolve issues and improve service delivery Provide advanced support for escalated issues impacting business operations What You Bring 5–8 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering Strong expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy Hands‑on experience with Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms Experience with backup/disaster recovery tools and storage technologies (SAN/NAS/RAID) PowerShell or scripting experience for automation Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs) Strong communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills Ability to lead projects, mentor junior staff, and manage multiple priorities Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate CompTIA Server+ or Cloud+ ITIL Foundation Why This Role Stands Out High‑impact work supporting a multi‑platform enterprise Ownership of core infrastructure and modernization initiatives Collaborative, forward‑thinking environment Opportunity to influence architecture and long‑term strategy #J-18808-Ljbffr
