A company is looking for a Helpdesk and Cloud Operations Engineer. Key Responsibilities Administer Office365 and manage end-user computers while ensuring application updates Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, managing application logs and performance trends Coordinate incident response, problem management, and change management processes Required Qualifications 5+ years in IT support or systems administration Experience managing cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure or AWS Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tenant administration Exposure to cybersecurity practices and security hardening frameworks Understanding of cloud best practices and application troubleshooting
