Trident Seafoods - - Responsibilities: Independently operates mixing and washing in surimi operations; Monitors and maintains production parameters to achieve optimal product quality; Reports equipment malfunctions or product quality issues to senior technicians or supervisors; Trains and guides surimi seafood processors on standard operating procedures and best practices; Cleans and maintains equipment and work areas to meet hygiene standards
