Trident Seafoods - - Responsibilities: Assists in coordinating and monitoring activities of workers engaged in the production process; Monitors and expedites flow of materials within production area and makes adjustments; Trains workers in equipment operation and processing and safety procedures; Cleans, scraps, trims and fillets product; Operates machine(s) to move live or packed seafood from place to place
