Five Below - 4201 Central Avenue Northwest - Responsibilities: Wows customers by providing personalized service and training crew on the BEST customer service experience.; Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure effective performance and quality customer service.; Manages opening/closing procedures, including securing cash and setting alarms for smooth operations.; Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.; Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
