About the Role
Five Below - 10762 Southwest Village Parkway - Responsibilities: Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and training crew on B.E.S.T. customer service experience; Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure effective performance and customer service; Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for efficient placement on the sales floor; Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and urgent issues; Manage opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring smooth daily operation
