About the Role
Five Below - - Responsibilities: Ensure all crew members wow the customer through personal contact with customers.; Train the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout for each guest.; Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.; Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing urgent issues.; Manage opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
