Tractor Supply Co. - - Responsibilities: Drive sales performance and metrics through the team by leading a robust selling culture; Assist the Store Manager with coaching and developing the Sales Team Members and Team Leaders on driving company selling initiatives and delivering legendary service; Resolve customer complaints/issues and ensure the customer has a positive experience; Train Team Members on the appropriate application of policies and procedures; Oversee Sales Team including coaching, hiring, training and development, and maintaining a productive work environment
