About the Role
Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Maintain a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.; Monitor entrances/exits and sales floor for potential theft by identifying suspicious behavior.; Communicate theft indicators and collaborate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.; Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.; Observe and validate proper checkout procedures to minimize operational shortage.
