Ross Stores - 5556 West Grand Parkway South - Responsibilities: Maintains a visible presence at store entrances/exits to deter theft and ensure safety; Monitors sales floor for potential theft indicators and communicates findings to leadership; Assists with loss prevention initiatives and adherence to policies; Trains and educates associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Ensures professional appearance and represents the company brand
