About the Role
Ross Stores - 30 Malphrus Road - Responsibilities: Lead all Company Best Practices and maximize productivity by minimizing steps and touches.; Analyze Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance.; Address variances to Company standards with appropriate action plans, partnering with the District Manager as needed.; Ensure proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.; Responsible for payroll administration including daily punch edits, scheduling compliance, and payroll reporting.
