About the Role
O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Direct team members to provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers to maximize sales; Supervise store team members and coordinate with District Manager on hiring, evaluating, and disciplinary actions; Develop and post work schedules based on sales and payroll forecasting; Monitor timecards for accuracy and address discrepancies daily; Implement planogram changes and merchandising plans and communicate updates to the team
