About the Role
O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Direct store team to maximize sales and provide prompt, courteous, and professional service; Solicit orders, sell company products, and represent the company policies; Supervise store team members and work with District Manager on recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and discharging; Develop and post work schedules based on sales and payroll forecasting; Ensure store is organized and operates per company policies and communicates new information to team members
