Staff Accountant – Leading Manufacturing Company
Location: Holland, MI
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 + solid benefits package

Staff Accountant Responsibilities
• Prepare and post journal entries; perform account reconciliations
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Assist with financial reporting and internal management reports
• Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts
• Support cost accounting, inventory analysis, and manufacturing‑related financial processes
• Prepare audit documentation and assist with auditor requests
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and leadership teams
• Contribute to special projects as the organization continues to grow
Staff Accountant Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems a plus
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
