About the Role

FedEx - - Responsibilities: Provide clerical support to management and operational functions; Frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate inquiries and issues; Review, research, and/or enter data in various systems to support respective functional area; Assist management with Business Control Self Assessment (BCSA) audit activity by retrieving data and/or files for review; Compile data and provide regular and adhoc reports to management for review and determination
