About the Role
FedEx - - Responsibilities: Provide clerical support to management and operations functions (photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, answering telephone); Review, research, and/or enter data in various systems to support functional area; Compile data and generate regular and adhoc reports for management; Serve as frontline customer service to address inquiries and escalate as needed; Assist with Business Control Self Assessment (BCSA) data retrieval for audit review
