Overview Lead the business analyst group to deliver data analytics solutions for Supply Chain and establish best-in-class data solutions at scale for the organization. This role will work collaboratively with the supply chain product managers, supply chain engineers, and the operational teams to lead the business analyst group in developing reporting, dashboarding, and analytical solutions for complex supply chain problems. Provide recommendations to leaders based on data to guide decision making and drive change. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, and Scarborough, ME. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Responsibilities Drive development of the business analytics function and ensure alignment with broader strategic objectives. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define metrics and create operation performance reporting and dashboarding for supply chain teams. Recruit, mentor, and manage the business analyst team to create a group that is diverse in thinking, ability and perspective and leverages the strengths of each individual to achieve desired results and expectations. Lead business analyst group issue-based problem solving, solution delivery and ongoing relationship management to ensure strategic use of business analytics in support of Supply Chain objectives. Manage training, support, and troubleshooting for analytics environment. Work with the strategy group and key cross-functional leadership to support decisions and evaluate potential strategic opportunities, with a focus on providing recommendations to support initiatives and experiments. Partner with finance and IT and relevant leaders to develop meaningful assumptions for financial models (including any pro forma investment models) regarding impacts of major strategic initiatives. Develop presentations utilized to communicate meaningful results, trends, and insights regarding the performance of key strategic initiatives. Guide strategic projects as needed, creating structure around ambiguous strategic questions, analyzing complex business problems and developing data driven insights to support a solution. Thought partner across the organization to help structure tools to measure, assess, and analyze results and initiative performance. Lead and engage in discussions with leadership about innovative approaches to analysis and the implications of different data, while building alignment on the results. Partner in cross-functional projects to design, create buy-in, and implement organizational level changes to address major internal and industry challenges. Lead and/or serve as a member of key leadership groups as needed. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, engineering, math, statistics, or other quantitatively-oriented major or equivalent combination of education and related work experience. 6-8 years' related experience. Demonstrated success as a Supply Chain Leader. Cross-functional project and team leadership experience. Significant experience with analytics, statistics and structured problem solving. Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office; Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint; Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Alteryx and SQL; Databricks and GitHub. Proficiency in data analysis and presentation formation using internal database resources, internal and external business partners, and Microsoft office suite. Knowledge of approaches to work with big data, including querying databases and manipulating large sets of data to generate robust insights. Knowledge of data science programming languages such as Python, PySpark, SQL. Functional knowledge of data science and machine learning. Proven leadership and supervisory skills. Proven analytical proficiency and ability to leverage data to positively impact the business and solve complex business problems. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in similar quantitative field preferred. 3+ years' retail industry or CPG experience preferred. Innovative problem-solver with ability to triangulate answers by adopting different problem-solving approaches. Demonstrated success executing complex strategic projects. Flexibility to adapt to rapidly evolving priorities and needs, while maintaining commitment to excellence. Strong oral and written communication skills and confidence sharing strategic analytics with senior leaders. Highly collaborative with proven experience partnering, influencing and negotiating. Ability to lead multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Ability to adapt quickly in situations with high degrees of uncertainty or ambiguity. Ability to challenge conventional thinking to deliver innovative recommendations. ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $120,960 - $181,440 IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $139,120 - $208,680 Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
