Senior Data Analytics Manager – Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) Position Overview As a Senior Data Analytics Manager you will lead data analytics initiatives that drive business insights and operational efficiency, reporting to the Director of Data Analytics. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to drive high-quality analytical work. Develop and implement data analytics strategies to extract insights from complex data sets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and opportunities for analytics-driven solutions. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in data analytics or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in statistical analysis and predictive modeling. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar. Experience with programming languages such as Python, R or SQL. Preferred Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science. Experience leading analytics teams and driving data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques and tools.
