Sr. Business Test Analyst, Alternative Investments Investor Relations

About the Position We are looking for a Sr. Business Acceptance Tester with extensive professional experience in end‑to‑end test planning, test case development, test automation, business process validation, cross‑functional collaboration, and full lifecycle testing. Key Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive test plans for new applications and enhancements. Develop automated test scripts for repetitive or high‑volume processes. Conduct business acceptance testing and functional testing of business applications. Lead all phases of testing: strategy, planning, execution, defect management, validation, and user acceptance. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks, best practices, and disaster recovery testing for vendor applications. Expertise You Have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Hands‑on experience designing and executing complete end‑to‑end testing plans. Experience building automated tests (UI, API, or workflow automation) for repetitive or critical business processes. Strong systems testing and business process testing experience. Experience with functional testing of business applications. Progressive growth as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, QA, or Functional Testing role. Self‑starter who works independently and collaboratively, with strong initiative. Ability to work extended hours during peak periods (fund launches, system changes, month‑end, year‑end, tax season). Skills You Bring Ability to lead all phases of testing, including strategy, planning, execution, defect management, validation, and user acceptance. Ability to build and maintain automated test suites to support regression and repetitive testing activities. Experience coordinating disaster recovery testing for vendor applications. Strong project management capabilities; intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with QA tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Postman, or similar. Analytical thinker with intellectual curiosity and strong verbal/written communication skills. Effective team collaborator who works well across functional and technical groups. Comfortable working in Agile environments with a focus on continuous improvement and learning. Able to navigate ambiguity and establish structure where needed.
