Job Description Our Healthcare Insurance Client is looking to hire a Sr. AI Business Analyst. This is a remote 1 year work from home contract. This team works on the flagship secure member portal (web and mobile). Responsibilities Demonstrates experience using AI and automation tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, copilot, workflow automation platforms) to improve productivity, analysis, and decision-making Experience leveraging AI to: oAutomate repetitive tasks oCreate drafts of requirements, reports, or communications oAccelerate research and discovery oSynthesize large datasets or documentation oGenerate insights and summaries Comfort experimenting with emerging technologies and rapidly adopting new tools and methodologies Ability to evaluate AI outputs critically for accuracy, bias, and business risk Strong prompt design and tool orchestration skills (ability to guide AI systems effectively to produce high-quality results) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
