Business Analyst

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Philadelphia, PA.

Key Tasks:

* Business requirements elicitation and documentation (functional and non-functional)

* Process analysis and improvement techniques

* Data analysis and interpretation to support business decisions

* Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration

* Meeting facilitation, workshop leadership, and effective communication* Demonstrated experience in business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, documentation, and process assessment

* Experience working within formal project delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments)

* Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall)

* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-informed decision making

* Exposure to one or more areas of business analysis, such as process improvement, data analysis, systems support, or cross-functional initiatives

* Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills

* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

* Proficiency with common BA tools and documentation techniques (e.g., process flows, use cases, user stories)

* Proven ability to facilitate discussions, lead working sessions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

* Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into clear, concise, and well-structured deliverables

* Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation

* CSM is a plus
