Speech Language Pathology Clinical Fellows
About the Role
IEP Therapy is seeking dedicated Speech Language Pathology Clinical Fellows to join our Educational Services team within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide school-based speech and language services to students with a variety of communication needs, helping them access the curriculum and reach their individual educational goals. Under the guidance of experienced, licensed Speech-Language Pathologists, you will complete evaluations, develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, and deliver evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings. You will collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support students’ progress, participate in IEP meetings, and document services in accordance with district and regulatory requirements. IEP Therapy fosters a supportive and collaborative environment that emphasizes personalized care for students and robust professional growth for clinicians. As a Clinical Fellow, you will receive structured supervision and mentoring, regular feedback, and opportunities to enhance your skills in assessment, treatment planning, use of therapy materials and technology, and progress monitoring. You will contribute to a culture that values communication, teamwork, and clinical excellence, while having the chance to directly impact students’ educational experiences and communication confidence. IEP Therapy offers access to resources for continuing education and professional development, including training related to school-based practice, special education law and compliance, and best practices in speech-language pathology.
