About the Role

IEP Therapy is seeking dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows to join our Educational Services team within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. As a Clinical Fellow, you will work in school-based settings, providing high-quality speech and language services to students with a variety of communication needs. You will conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals, and deliver evidence-based therapy to support students’ academic and social success. Under the guidance of an experienced, licensed SLP supervisor, you will refine your clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and documentation while progressing toward your independent licensure. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, school administrators, and families to ensure that students receive personalized support aligned with their educational goals. You will participate in IEP meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions, and provide clear, compassionate communication about student progress and recommended strategies. IEP Therapy fosters a supportive and collaborative culture that emphasizes mentoring, professional growth, and shared problem-solving, ensuring that Clinical Fellows feel encouraged and empowered throughout their fellowship experience. You will provide both individual and group therapy, integrate communication goals into the classroom environment, and support teachers with strategies for carryover.
