Soldering Technician

Manpower - - Responsibilities: Perform electrical assembly of components and systems by following engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and written specifications (repetitive assembly work); Use soldering irons, crimpers, and other hand tools to assemble and install electrical components, including both crimp-style and solder-type connectors; Build and assemble custom cable harnesses following IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards for quality and workmanship; Inspect and test completed harnesses to verify electrical integrity, correct pinouts, and mechanical durability; Work closely with engineers and production teams to ensure all harnesses meet quality, durability, and performance standards
