About the Role
A company is looking for a Software Technical Lead for the Applied Skills Assessment Platform (ASAP). Key Responsibilities Define the technical architecture for assessment capabilities, including challenge delivery and scoring infrastructure Architect containerized CTF-style challenge environments and integrate reporting layers for performance insights Lead engineering teams, conduct architecture reviews, and ensure platform reliability and security Required Qualifications 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role Experience building and shipping assessment platforms or EdTech products at scale Deep expertise in full-stack development and cloud-native architectures Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams of 5+ engineers Unrestricted authorization to work in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available
