ShopRite - - Responsibilities: Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Scanning Department and its Associates to achieve department goals; Ensure safety, friendliness, presentation, and efficiency standards are met in scanning operations; Communicate and enforce department policies and cooperate with store management and other departments; Monitor and maintain scanning equipment, labeling, pricing accuracy, and inventory processes; Train and develop department Associates and oversee scheduling to meet customer experience needs
