About the Role
ShopRite - - Responsibilities: Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the CGO Department and its Associates to achieve department goals; Ensure safety, friendliness, presentation, and efficiency in CGO operations; Assist with onboarding, interviewing, selection, and training of CGO department associates; Provide ongoing training and feedback to associates and cross-train in other store departments; Ensure proper scheduling, inventory control, pricing accuracy, and compliance with company policies
