About the Role

Carrols Restaurant Group - - Responsibilities: Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan, directing workflow, and stepping in where needed; Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback, supporting development, and keeping everyone energized throughout the shift; Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment; Uphold BK standards and safety procedures and maintain cleanliness and safety standards; Follow cash control procedures and help manage inventory and receiving truck orders
