New Castle Hotels - 120 South Main Street - Responsibilities: Be a Friendly Face - arriving at work on time to get the restaurant/lounge/cafe set up and ready to open, keeping the area clean and attractive throughout the meal period.; Be a Host as well as a Server pouring water, upselling food & beverage, making helpful suggestions, answering questions, remembering names or favorite choices, offering a friendly smile.; Be a Food Professional understand the food and beverage you are serving so you know what you are speaking about; offer prompt, excellent service to create a wonderful dining experience for the guest; handle cash/credit accurately and timely.; Be a Safety & Security Agent follow your hotel's established safety and security policies & procedures. Anticipate problems and call management as needed.
