About the Role
Pyramid Global Hospitality - 639 First Americans Boulevard - Responsibilities: Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and introduce menu options in a friendly, approachable manner.; Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.; Deliver orders promptly to guests in cabanas and seating areas, ensuring quality and presentation.; Monitor guest needs and proactively offer refills, additional items, or service touchpoints.; Ensure all alcohol service complies with local laws and resort policies, including checking valid IDs.
