What the Project Finance Analyst will Do:

  • Forecast & Analyze – Develop and maintain project cash flow models, ensuring accurate financial forecasting.
  • Manage Draws & Waterfalls – Oversee funding requests, capital draws, and compliance with waterfall schedules.
  • Lender Relations – Assist in calculating project debt covenants and prepare quarterly lender reporting packages.
  • Financial Oversight – Support ongoing financial analysis, variance tracking, and risk assessment for projects.
  • Collaborate & Optimize – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and project development, to enhance financial efficiency.

Qualifications for the Project Finance Analyst

  • 5-7 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or energy finance.
  • Strong financial modeling and cash flow forecasting skills.
  • Experience with debt compliance and lender reporting.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Passion for the energy sector and sustainable development.
Salary: $110-130K
