We are partnering closely with a premier real estate firm looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst. This person will support the finance function through financial analysis, reporting, and data management. The Senior Financial Analyst partners with cross functional teams to deliver insights that inform business decisions and improve performance.

We are looking for someone with great communication skills who can effectively partner with internal stakeholders.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

Prepare and support financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to project business performance
Analyze financial results, including variance analysis, to identify trends and opportunities
Gather, organize, and interpret data from internal and external sources
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to provide actionable financial insights
Create presentations, dashboards, and visual reports for leadership
Assist with month end, quarter end, and year end close activities
Track performance metrics, including OKRs, and recommend improvements
Handle ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3+ years of FP&A experience
Strong financial modeling experience
Revenue forecasting experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Effective communication and presentation abilities
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders
Revenue recognition experience is a plus
Experience with MRI software is a plus
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Snowflake is a plus
Background in investment banking or public accounting is a plus
Real estate industry experience is a plus
