Senior Patching Engineer
About the Role
A company is looking for a Senior Patching Engineer to lead enterprise-wide patch and vulnerability remediation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain enterprise patch management frameworks Lead remediation efforts based on vulnerability scanning findings and coordinate emergency patching Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline patch deployment and ensure compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure operations, or security operations 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise patch management tools Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux distributions) and networking fundamentals Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
