Senior Financial Analyst – Hybrid | $90K–$105K + 20% Bonus
A growing organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support an expanding Portfolio & Asset Management team. This role offers strong visibility, meaningful analytical work, and flexibility.

- Schedule: Hybrid with no defined in-office requirements

- Team: Report directly to the VP
- Build and support financial models, analysis, and reporting
- Partner closely with asset management and leadership teams
- Use Excel, Yardi, and additional financial systems
- Support deadlines, special projects, and occasional travel
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience
- Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel required)
- Proactive, driven mindset with desire to learn and grow
- Experience in real estate or related financial environments a plus
