Senior Financial Analyst

Palm Beach Gardens, FL | Hybrid (Mon–Thu in office, Fri remote)

We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to play a highly visible role in financial planning, analytics, and investment support across a growing portfolio. This position is ideal for a high-performing analyst ready to step into broader ownership and executive-facing work.

Candidates will be considered from across the U.S., with travel covered for in-person interviews and potential relocation assistance available.

• Base Salary: $110,000–$130,000

• Lead portfolio-wide budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Own and enhance Power BI dashboards for financial and operational KPIs
• Evaluate occupancy, rate trends, revenue mix, labor performance, and margins
• Analyze rent rolls, pricing strategies, and cost optimization opportunities
• Prepare materials for investment committee and board presentations
• Own recurring reporting and performance review processes
• Support acquisition underwriting, due diligence, and integration efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• 4–7 years of relevant experience (not seasoned; strong upward trajectory)
• Proficient in financial modeling
• Working experience with Power BI
• Comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 5 times per year within Florida
• Background in asset management, hospitality, investment management, or real estate finance is a strong advantage
