We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to play a highly visible role in financial planning, analytics, and investment support across a growing portfolio. This position is ideal for a high-performing analyst ready to step into broader ownership and executive-facing work.
Candidates will be considered from across the U.S., with travel covered for in-person interviews and potential relocation assistance available.
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $110,000–$130,000

- Lead portfolio-wide budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Own and enhance Power BI dashboards for financial and operational KPIs
- Evaluate occupancy, rate trends, revenue mix, labor performance, and margins
- Analyze rent rolls, pricing strategies, and cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare materials for investment committee and board presentations
- Own recurring reporting and performance review processes
- Support acquisition underwriting, due diligence, and integration efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- 4–7 years of relevant experience (not seasoned; strong upward trajectory)
- Proficient in financial modeling
- Working experience with Power BI
- Comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 5 times per year within Florida
- Background in asset management, hospitality, investment management, or real estate finance is a strong advantage
